New Customer 

The Challenge: The customer requested that SAVARD dispatch up to 150 workers weekly for 8 weeks to a remote site. Initial transportation, daily transportation, and housing must be provided by SAVARD. All workers must pass the required screening. SAVARD is given two weeks’ notice.

The Solution: SAVARD engaged in consultation meetings with the customer to describe the plan and vast recourses to be put in place. SAVARD also consulted with the customer to outline a plan on how to best receive the high quantity of new employees and maintain retention.

The Result: SAVARD was able to meet the expectations of the customer with hundreds of workers working on-site. Of course, with this many people, situations did arise but were resolved through strong SAVARD/customer communication.
